Refund & Returns Policy

Our garments and accessories are made with utmost care and love to dress you up perfectly.

All embellished garments come with a care kit with extra beads and embellishments in case your garment needs a little fix-me-up! We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and details of our products that appear on the site. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 Since all our garments and accessories are Made-to-Measure/order, Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7-day exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.

 Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned


Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:

  • All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted, We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
  • The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable/exchangeable.
  • Mamooli is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Mamooli does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet the above return/exchange requirements at Mamooli’s sole discretion.


Upon receipt of your return and post-verification of the defect/damage, a store credit of the same value will be issued to you.


All you need to do is inform us of the Defect/Damage within 7 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Full name
  3. Contact number
  4. Attached images of the defects/damage on the product 


Once the email is sent to us and is duly acknowledged by our Customer Care, you may dispatch the product back to our address mentioned on your invoice within 7 working days of the receipt of the product and share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit from your end.


Do note that this Store Credit issued to you can be used to purchase another product of the same or higher value only. The store credit will be valid for up to six months from the date of issue. To thank you for your patience and trust, the new product will be shipped back to you free of any shipping cost!
